Things to do in London at Piccadilly Circus

My dream came true this summer vacation when I got a chance to visit one of the most thrilling and vivacious city of the world. Our group decided to trip London city which has various historical and modern attractions. There are lots of things and activities to do in London and it has something for every traveler.

An incredible place to visit in London – Piccadilly Circus

We reached there on Friday evening and were confused from where to start our journey from? After a lot of discussion we decided to visit London’s Piccadilly Circus on the weekend. The place is located in the heart of West End and is the joint for five major streets.

London’s Most Vibrant Area

The time we entered there we got surrounded by thousands of people having fun and enjoying the life. There are a lot of fun things to do in London’s Piccadilly Circus. The whole day can be spent watching the people, the street performances, the flashing lights and having a lot of fun.

  • The statue of EROS – the pagan god of love is one of the famous landmarks in Piccadilly Circus where you can frame your amazing pictures.
  • It is a heaven for the persons who are crazy about shopping. It is not just limited to shopping as there are cinemas, restaurants, pubs etc. to spend the time around.
  • The sparkling extravagant neon signs are amazing to watch sitting by the Shaftesbury fountain. You can also enjoy seeing people covered with paints, singing and dancing, band players, etc.
  • There you can visit world’s largest toy shop ‘Hamleys’ which is on Regent Street.
  • Piccadilly Circus is a popular get-together place for both London tourists and locals alike.
